OMG! This movie is written amazingly, acted perfectly, and the cinematography is beautiful! The story telling narrative was my favorite part. I loved this movie!!!!
The gore is done well.
Though not officially a comedy there was great comedic timing in this movie. It was a nice addition to the great story telling. I don’t consider this a horror movie, more of a dark comedy, to be honest but since I added it to my list and watched it as part of the 31 days of Halloween I am counting it still.
Please be aware that this movie does touch upon a lot of different hot social topics right now. From school shootings to how women are treated when assaulted by high school sports stars. And from suicide to issues in mental health services. Among others.
Best quote of this movie, “Have you ever wondered, where’s the fucking beef?”
Remember this Halloween that nothing is as it seems.
