Rated: Not Rated

Duration: 86 minutes

This movie has everything you need in a horror comedy! Metal, D&D, demons, and awkwardly great characters! This is even an award winning film! Check out the awards and nominations here. A little disappointed that this movie did not get the best chainsaw award at Fangoria 2016. The winner must have been super amazing cause the chainsaw usage in this movie is EPIC!

I will be honest this movie was not what I expected and I loved every second of it! From the amazing imagery attributed to the metal scene, the random art work that pops up on screen, the details that went into the sets, the gore, the level of “Devil” music involved, and of course the funny moments perfectly timed throughout the movie.

Here are a few comedic highlights in this movie: stealing gas while smoking (tons of brilliantly written comedy in this scene), the D&D nerds attempting to fight zombie demons for literally their lives (one had foam Hulk gloves), and demon zombies beaten with dildos and other sex toys. There is so much comedic gold in the dialogue that I can’t pick just one to share. You really have to watch this movie!

The story keeps you engaged and you really connect, or hate the characters you are supposed to, with the character development. Great acting really helped achieve this too.

If you like metal you will most likely enjoy this great soundtrack. You can see the full soundtrack here.
